The S’more the Merrier at Camp Stamp Creative Retreat 2023!

Summer is in full swing here in Tucson and it is hot out there, so cool down with us at Camp Stamp Creative Retreat 2023! Dual hosted by myself and ButterDish Designs, we are excited to bring a three day event to the cool pines of Mt. Lemmon, Arizona!

Featuring the brand NEW All About Autumn suite from the upcoming 2023 September-December Mini Catalog, these projects will have you thinking of cooler temps in no time!

Where will the event be held?

Nestled in the beautiful pines of Mt. Lemmon, Arizona, Camp Lawton Boy Scout Camp is located at 12900 E Organization Ridge Road, about an hour north of Tucson.

Disclaimer: Although there are walking paths, the terrain is not even and may not be suitable for some people. You will be able to drive and unload at the event space as well as park by the cabins. 

Retreat Times/Room Details

Camp Stamp will kick off on Friday at 1pm and run through Sunday at noon. Arrive whenever your schedule allows on Friday to kick off your weekend on your time!

The event space will be locked overnight so that you may leave your supplies in place all weekend.

Cell service is limited but WIFI will be available. There will be staff on site to assist in case of an emergency.

Retreat Fee and Deadline

Registration fee for the event is $250 which includes a donation for the facilities usage, all meals, snacks and lodging. Full payment is due at time of registration.

Deadline to register is August 27th and is non refundable after that date as event supplies are purchased and prepared ahead of time. If you are unable to attend, arrangements can be made to pick up your retreat kit after the event has ended.

Register by August 14th and receive an additional gift at your table space!

Cabin Lodging is included with your registration for Camp Stamp! Cabins hold 4 people sleeping in the bottom bed and the usage of the upper bed for storage of your supplies. Cabin roommates can be requested during the registration process but are not guaranteed. All cabins include electricity and a mini fridge/freezer for storage of additional snacks and drinks.

While these cabins do not offer restroom facilities inside, an individual three person bath house is located very close and includes electricity and shower facilities.

Meals and snacks are included too!

Meals starting on Friday evening for dinner through Sunday morning breakfast are included in your registration fee as well as various snacks. Lemonade, water and tea will be available with refrigerator space to bring any additional snacks or drinks you may want for the weekend. There is also a microwave, freezer, refrigerator and icemaker in the crafting space for your use.

Disclaimer: If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, please plan accordingly. There are very few restaurants in the area and options are limited and require driving.

Refund Policy

Event registration is non-refundable after registration closes.  Due to items being purchased and prepared for the event, if you are unable to attend, you may find a replacement for your registration space or you can pick up your class kit after the event has ended.
